Hat & Heart Farm is a 6th generation farming family and the second generation to grow on this 50 year old farm near Fredericksburg, Texas. We use organic and sustainable practices to grow a myriad of seasonal vegetables; to raise over 400 laying hens; and shepard over 100 meat goats on our 93 acre property in the gorgeous Texas Hill Country.
