We grow seasonal vegetables twelve months out of the year in the field and in the greenhouse with organic sustainable practices. No harsh chemicals here!
We have over 500 laying hens. These beautiful isa browns, sexlinks, and highland reds are on pasture 100% and are fed a non-gmo non-soy feed and leftover vegetables.
Our goat herd is a Boer Spanish cross raised and bread for hardiness and tender meat. They are on pasture 100% of the time and are fed a non-gmo non-soy feed.
To practically eliminate production waste in the summer, we pickle to preserve the fresh produce like cucumbers, okra, peppers, and root vegetables.
