All bread is expertly baked by Josh Raymer of JoJu Bakery in Fredericksburg. He uses exclusively Texas grown and milled grain milled in house or by Barton Springs Mill in Dripping Springs. His sourdough starter is over 4 years old and all loaves are baked to order... in other words, as fresh as it gets.
